Where do I purchase tickets for the Navratri event?
Tickets can be purchased directly from our website or from our ticketing agents Anokhi House of Sarees and Paraban Supermarket.
What time does the event start?
Doors open at 8pm and the event starts at 8.30pm.
Can I purchase a ticket on the door?
Tickets will be available to purchase on the door subject to availability. It is advised to purchase any tickets in advance due to high demand.
Do children need a ticket?
Children under the age of 3 do not require a ticket (with the exception of the Kids Navratri event where they will require a ticket). Anyone over the age of 3 will require a ticket for ALL events.
For the Kids Navratri event ALL children will require a ticket which gives them access to the event along with one free accompanying adult. Any additional adults accompanying children on the day will be required to pay £5 at the door. Adults must be accompanying children in order to gain entry to the event.
Why is there a booking fee for online ticket sales?
Our online system requires additional materials and staffing so the small booking fee is in place to cover this cost.
Why is there a limit to the number of tickets available for purchase?
This is to enable an even distribution of tickets and ensure as many people as possible get the chance to attend the event.
How do I collect online tickets?
Any online purchases can be collected from the ticket collection desk at the venue between 8pm and 10pm. Please note a copy of your email confirmation, order number and proof of ID will be required for collection.
I have purchased a ticket but can no longer attend. Will you issue a refund?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the event we are unable to issue any refunds once tickets are purchased.
Is there any food at the venue?
Yes, there will be hot food and soft drinks available for purchase from our nominated caterers.
Can I bring my own aarti?
Yes! All attendees are welcome to bring their own aarti without any charge. However please note you are responsible for collecting your own aarti at the end of the evening.
How can I enter the raffle draw at the event?
Tickets are available at the event for £1 each. The draw will take place on Friday 18th October 2024.
